I got my answer.   I was never able to reach my district SPR person but the conference SPR helped me.  Thanks.

When does the reading program report for the 2009-2010 need to be submitted.  I'm having a difficult time getting in touch with my district Secretary of Program Resource person.

This does differ - we turn ours in to the local secretary by July 1, who sends it to the district by July 15, who sends it on to the conference.  This is done so all annual district and conference reports can be completed before their annual meetings.
Our next 12-month reading period will be July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011.

We have to submit our personal list of completed books to our Unit before August 1st to give her time to get the report to the District. This may vary from District to District.

When does the local unit's report of the 2010 list of readers need to be turned in.
